Mô tả công việc

  • Understand and apply our standard concept of Consumer Finance collections into local conditions
  • Lead the training campaign and retraining programs of Collection Call Center
  • Analyze the weaknesses of Collection Call Center Operators and design the training materials or customize the Training programs
  • Develop the special training materials if requested;
  • Regularly collect feedback from Collection Call Center to analyze the training needs and establishing training plan. Exercises initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials/ enquiries
  • Build the long-term development programs for Collection Call Center Operator

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant majors
  • Experience in consumer finance industry is an advantage
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills
  • Good communication & coaching skills
  • PC skills specializing in PowerPoint
  • Ability to attract, keep motivated and develop team members and other colleagues
  • “Can-do” attitude, strong drive to success
  • English skills (writing & reading)
