Mô tả công việc

- Receive information from the Planning Department for Cutting planning:

- Deploy, track and arrange work for all employees of the Cutting department.

- Ensure the quantity and quality of cutting required.

- Prepare and submit daily cutting reports as required.

- Check and balance product salary for workers.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Job requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Cutting Department .

- Having specialized knowledge and skills in fabric, yarn, printing, embroidery, patterning, diagrams, cutting and sewing techniques, troubleshooting & 6S.

- Know the process and production time.

- Fluent in English and office computers.

- College and university degrees.

- Knowledge of PLM materials management system and G.PRO payroll system is an advantage.

* Required soft skills:

- Understanding Labor Law.

- Job planning skills.

- Capacity to organize training - training.

- Sensitivity and decisiveness when dealing with work.

- Dare to take responsibility

- Dynamic, creative, good improvisation.

- Able to work independently, under high pressure, able to work in a team
