Mô tả công việc

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees
- Design and develop training materials
- Review, evaluate and select suppliers
- Delivery training programs
- Continuously evaluate and update training content up to date according to company regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
- Participating in administrating the Learning Management System
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- From College graduate, prefer higher degree and majoring in Economics/ Finance/ Banking
- At least 2 years of working experience; experience in e-learning is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Positive and self-motivated
- Good English skills
- Good MS Office (especially in Powerpoint)
