Mô tả công việc

- To take responsibility for the delivery of professional assignments under the supervision of a manager in Australia.
- Supporting team members on key major projects
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the contract
- Preparation of management accounts including project cost and value reporting
- Maintenance of project records
- A sound working knowledge of various standard forms of contracts
- Preparing material lists, producing bills of quantities for tendering purposes and advising clients on tenders when received
- Administering construction contracts, and measuring and approving progress payments
- Monitoring changes of design, assessing effects on cost, measuring values and negotiating variations to designs
- Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools for budgetary control
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structure Engineering or Architecture
- 4+ years’ experience in the similar position
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ability to work well with an international customer
- Detailed knowledge of Australian codes and standards
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand, read, and speak English a high priority
