Mô tả công việc

- Handling shipping documents for inbound/outbound shipments (issue booking, HB; submit SI,…)

- Input data to system; send pre-alert, arrival notice and debit note to agents/customers;

- Ensuring shipping docs issuance and submission are done in the timeline with highest accuracy;

- Contact customs broker to arrange customs clearance procedure;

- Contact oversea agent for checking inquiry quotation;

- Tracing cargo until final destination and update to customers/agents.

- Working closely with Customers, Shipping lines, Oversea agents to arrange shipments smoothly.

- Supporting to customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints if any to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Doing other tasks as required from manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree Holder in College/ University;

- At least 4-5 years of experience in the same position & logistics company

- Hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized;

- Apply CV in English or Chinese language
