Mô tả công việc

* Achieve target:

- Receive target from the company, plan to divide products, and quantity of products for each retailer.

- Work with retailers to ensure sales volume (Sell-in) & offer sales support programs (Sellout).

- Make orders for retailers by day/week/month.

- Report sales/competitors... at retailers weekly/quarterly to conduct regional promotion (sellout/PG at shop...).

- Monitor and check POSM at shop & Web banner daily/weekly/monthly.

* Research Competitors/Fieldforce

- Gather and analyze competitors’ activities (sales volume, share market, promotion…) in order to propose suitable reaction.

- Check shop and do market survey.

* Build relationships with partners

- Build new relationship and maintain rapport with partners

- Be the main contact point between internal team and partners.

- Others task assigned directly form manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from university and has > 5 years of experience in IoT product.

- Candidates who have worked in famous retail distribution chain is preferred.

- English speaking is an advantage.

- Good negotiation skills, experience in solving, be able to handle complex situations and can be tolerant with high pressure.
