Mô tả công việc

● Researching, providing advice to customers related to the company’s Logistics services such as: Air freight rate, Sea freight (LCL/FLC), Inland Haulage Charge, Customs declaration agency services, warehouse rental services,…

● Building strong relationships with potential customers, maintaining good customer relationships.

● Drafting service offers for new customers, participating in negotiations, making service contracts and monitoring the contract implementation process.

● Reporting work results periodically or unexpectedly.

(The detail will be discussed at the Interview)

Yêu cầu công việc

● University graduate or higher related to majors in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related industries.

● Having at least 01 years of experience in the relevant fields.

● Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel. Know how to use professional email management and writing software.

● Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative and confident in work. Well adapted in a volatile and high pressure working environment.

● Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

● Having good situational skills, time management and effective conflict resolution.

● Priority: Have good knowledge of English and Chinese in communication, read and write well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates. Knowing how to use FAST PRO.
