Mô tả công việc

* Sales & Business Development:

- Ensuring revenue targets (KPIs):

- Update market trends/changes, customers, competitors

- Direct customer transactions: organizing meetings, receiving orders, tracking delivery, sending quotation letters, quality feedback, customer care, ...

- Expanding markets and customers.

- Organize the implementation of the sales plan and report to the Sales Supervisor weekly/monthly

* Finance:

- Make sure selling expenses are within allowable limits

* Other:

- Complete training, coaching, training courses according to department/company goals

- Other tasks related to the department’s activities as assigned by Sales Supervisor (if any).

Yêu cầu công việc

* Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in food industry

- Having professional knowledge of products and ability to apply products in a number of fields such as instant noodles, snacks, spices, sauce, ...

- Having a wide network with partners/customers in the food industry

* Hard skills:

- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing). To be able in communication in another foreign language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc.)

- Have basic knowledge of Incoterms regulations

* Soft skills:

- Ability to work independently and teamwork in a high pressure work environment

- Ability to be self-learning, diligent, honest, scrupulous

- Ability to present and manage work to arrange and hold meetings with customers

- Comply with regulations and professional manners

- Skillful in communication to expand the network, promote the company’s image, cross-selling, ...
