* Purpose of the job:

- Manage spare part stores and control work preparation rooms safely and efficiently

- Cooperate with the procurement team to ensure spare parts and services supplies are OTIF.

* Job description:

- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams to manage spare part stores

o Execute Material Resource Planning (MRP), find solutions to innovate and reduce costs

o Manage & organize stock cycle counting and escalate discrepancies between physical stock and stock data to resolve.

o Manage material catalog and technical document system

o Keep spare parts stores well-organized and clean. Proactively use visual management to manage the spare part supply workflow of repairable and high turn-over parts (i.e. two-bin inventory control)

o Coordinate material handovers between teams: handing over to and/or receiving returned materials from the execution team

o Ensure spare parts and services supplies are delivered OTIF and effectively

o Ensure spare part stores are in good environmental conditions, improved environmental aspects and fully compliant with environmental regulations and laws.

- Centralize manages asset drawings, documents, permits (licenses), warranties

- Maintain relationships with other breweries and suppliers in order to ask for spare parts availability; discuss delivery times and new products and identify improvement opportunities.

- Preventively check the accuracy and relevance of the spare parts database. Investigate deviations following stock counts and suggest countermeasures

- Ensure that Spare Part Management reports and KPIs are monitored monthly on CMMS systems and SPM dashboard

- Producing performance reports such as parts master list, slow-moving parts, issues/returns, inventory over max report, stock out report, reorder lists, parts receipt list, parts adjustment transaction, overdue RFP report, overdue PO report, SPM KPI Report

- Further optimize spare parts management by getting directives and support from the engineering specialist and Maintenance planners. Based on consumption history, suggest adjustments to Safety stock, ROP and EOQ.

- Implement digital & technology solutions to collect and manage spare parts master data (e.g. Maximo, BCS, PowerBI, Excel...).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Economics

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in (previous) Spare part coordinator- or storekeeper jobs (Engineering store); at least on foundation level and/or similar.

- Advanced knowledge and experience in supply and inventory management work processes

- Good working attitude and collaboration

- Service mindset & willing to learn for improvement

- English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents in English.
