* Job Scope:
- Providing effective assistance in managing ACE audit and Licensing aspects in QA for Pizza Hut.
* Key Tasks:
- Conduct ACE and Food Safety check as plan.
- Manage Ice and water quality testing in stores.
- Prepare/submit document for Food Safety license of new stores, renew when expired.
- Manage plan and conduct Food Safety training for OPS team members.
- Support OPS in authority Food and Safety audit.
- Ensure that restaurants follow procedures and final product quality in restaurants meet standards.
- Assist in handling troubleshooting and investigation of all quality non-conformance issues and corrective action.
- Follow up and coach stores to comply to Quality Procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
