* MISSION STATEMENT
- To coordinate and communicate on behalf of BSM(B’s Mart Convenient Store Chain)Merchandise team, BSM Format & Marketing Team the required information to implement fully any planned promotion program or promotion plan.
- In addition, inform the business of any new product introductions.
* ROLES: Coordinate and communicate information from BSM Merchandise team to the rest of the business
* KEY RESULT AREAS
* Promotion:
- Coordinate, monitor and issue regular updates on progress and deadlines of each B’s Mart promotion on behalf of merchandise team to the business
- Communicate promotion items and pricings to B’s Mart on time to ensure consistency in display and price of B’s Mart
- Delivering promotion list to relevant parties on time, within budget with meet expectations
- Setting communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every promotion.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Travelling to onsite inspections and managing promotion campaigns,
- Ensure that success and failure is highlighted and acted on after each B’s Mart Mail Evaluation;
- Deliver promotion lists on time to Operations and Customer Management, excluding buying price and margin information;
- Manage each promotion list within Offer Management along with all details including sales forecast quantity, margin and exit plan
B’s Mart Promotion Campaign
- Coordinate and analyze promotion result in term of sales performance, display area, Top 5 & Bottom 5 (Actual vs Forecast)
- Coordinate and analyze the effectiveness of B’s Mart Mail’s page (Actual vs Forecast)

Requisito de emprego

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant industry
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, Marketing
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)
- Customer oriented. Understand the B’s Mart business and how trading works
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
