Descrição do emprego

Quality assurance operation & training

- Observe online class directly or via records as scheduled or when needed;

- Support resolving emergency issues in classes when needed;

- Coordinate with the teacher in accessing suitable teaching resources; methodology, etc.

- Conduct onboard training or other necessary training for teachers when needed;

- Coordinate to reconcile conflicts; complaints between teachers and students;

- Follow up with the teacher on completing class feedback and reports;

- Check and approve teaching hours on time;

- Assign and record office tasks to teachers properly and effectively;

- Attend and conduct observations and academic ranking to candidates while attending demos

Process, policies, and regulation

- Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;

- Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;

- Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to followthe rules and regulations;

- Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;

- Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;

- Update and make necessary reports;

Other

- Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

Requisito de emprego

Skills & Abilities

- Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;

- Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication;

General & SpecialistKnowledge

- English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalentto C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;

- Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is anadvantage;

Education & Training

- At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relatingmajors;

Relevant Experience

- At least 01-03 years experience in teaching and formerexperience in academic operation;

Special Requirements

- Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive andtech-savvy

- Computer literacy – MS Office; G-suit; CRM, etc.
