We have opened a new branch office in Hanoi.

We are looking for new staff to grow our business together.

【Work Detail】

Your job is to be an IT recruiter for the outside world,then find and introduce IT engineers that customers want.

1.Sourcing Candidates

IT recruiters may work on attracting applicants passively, or may actively reach out to prospective employees individually (through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn or Facebook).

2.Screening Candidates

- Recruiters screen the candidate for the client company’s job requirements and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit

3.Arranging Interviews

- IT recruiter arranges interviews between the job candidate and key staff within the client company.

4.Find new IT customer and IT partners.

5.Always share information with HaNoi members and HCM office members

* Work Time

- Monday to Friday：8:30am to 6pm

- Holiday：Saturday,Sunday,Vietnam national holiday

* Salary

- 20,000,000vnd to 30,000,000vnd

* Bonus

- Monthly bonus payment based on performance

- Tet Bonus

* Others

- Social Insurance (Health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.)

Requisito de emprego

【Desired personality and qualifications】

1.More than 2 years of IT recruiter experience

2.More than 2 years of sales experience at an IT company

3.1+ years of team leader experience

4.Have basic IT knowledge and office(Excel,Powerpoint)

5.Good if you can speak English or Japanese (not required).
