We are looking for an experienced onsite or remote IT recruiting experience

※We are not looking for HR experience outside of the IT industry.

Mô tả công việc:

- Tiếp nhận nhu cầu tuyển dụng của các phòng ban trong công ty, lập các kế hoạch tuyển dụng, điều phối và tổ chức thực hiện các kế hoạch đó;

- Chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, lựa chọn ứng viên phù hợp, thực hiện tư vấn và giới thiệu tới ứng viên về vị trí, môi trường làm việc của Công ty và hỗ trợ ứng viên tiếp cận với các vị trí tuyển dụng của Công ty;

Thời gian làm việc : 8:30 -18:00 ( Thứ 2-6)

Hà Nội : Duy Tân, Cầu Giấy

HCM : Bình Thạnh - HCM

We are a Japanese IT company and looking for IT recruiters in HCM and HaNoi office.

* Work Time

- Monday to Friday：8:30am to 6pm

Sataday：8am to 12pm (once a month)

- Holiday：Saturday,Sunday,Vietnam national holiday

* Salary

- 15,000,000vnd to 30,000,000vnd

* Bonus

- Bonus payment based on monthly performance

- Tet Bonus

* Others

- Social Insurance (Health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.)

- Company trip (once a year)

- Dinner staff party (once a month)

* Work Place

- HCM office：Binh Thanh District

- HaNoi office：Cau Giay District

【Job Description】

1.Sourcing Candidates

(through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn or Facebook).

2.Screening Candidates

recruiters screen the candidate for the client company’s job requirements

and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit

3.Arranging Interviews

recruiter arranges interviews between the job candidate and key staff within the client company.

4.Coordinating Compensation Packages

After the decision is made to offer the position to the candidate,

the recruiter explains the compensation package the company is offering

Yêu cầu:

- Có từ 06 tháng - 1 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí IT

- Am hiểu và sử dụng thành thạo các kênh tuyển dụng, đặc biệt là các mạng xã hội trong hoạt động tuyển dụng: Facebook, LinkedIn…

【Work skill】

- 2 year of IT recruiter experience

- 2 year of onsite or remote IT recruiting experience

- 2 year or more work at IT company

- Don`t need good English or Japanese.

- Never give up and challenge charactor.
