About The Role
- The mission of this role is to drive the VNHR mission in Vietnam HR community. This will be achieved by expanding the coverage, connecting more business partners, recruiting more members, and implementing the business strategy.

Summary and expected Outcomes
- Executive Director will be a member in VNHR Management Board, who create long-term impact of VNHR to the local HR community through:
- Community expansion by acquiring new members, setting up units in other provinces
- Visioning VNHR’s compelling proposition; leading VNHR becomes top of mind brand in HR community/ HR professionals; and particularizing by long-term strategy
- Building partnership strategies with other associations in Vietnam and Asia for branding and funding
- Leading membership engagement & ensuring operational efficiency

Key accountabilities:
1. Membership:
- Build community expansion strategy and break into annual plan for implementation
- Define member fee strategy for both individual and corporate segments
- Build and implement engagement activities to ensure members’ satisfaction and engagement in long-term
- VNHR’s compelling proposition:
- Define VNHR’s compelling proposition which aligned with VNHR’s vision, mission
- Build the marketing strategies that contributes directly to 3 years and annual goals of VNHR
- Define various marketing channels to attract, engage VNHR target audience (including potential and existing members, sponsors & partners).
- Lead and monitor content strategy for both online channel; social networks; and PR
- Input, provide ideas and participate in new product development process
2. Partnership:
- Define strategic partners and win-win partnership programs for short-term and long-term
- Acquire and nurture sustainable partners relationship
- Operational efficiency:
- Manage operations team to ensure daily transactions/activities organized well
- Provide coaching/mentoring to develop team members
- Financial and Non-Financial Measures
- Members development and engagement
- Funding
- Brand awareness
- P&L and financial performance

Requisito de emprego

Minimum requirements
- Desire to contribute to HR community
- Have expertise in Business Development, especially in NGO or social service sector
- Have expertise in digital marketing, particularly in branding; communication and social network is a plus
- Demonstrate entrepreneur mindset and strategic thinking
- Ability to work Independent in P&L Analysis, managing operations
- Can act as Mentor/Coach. Working experiences in HR will be an advantage
- Young at heart and full energy
