- Conduct periodic audits & ensure the cluster sustainability compliances, targets are maintained properly
- Problem solving & coordinate with different stakeholder for process improvements
- Manage all aspects of Environmental Sustainability initiatives across the clusters
- Managing external and internal stakeholders for enhance collaboration and to establish and maintain sustainability standards
- Strengthen sustainability management systems within the organization
- Drive implementation of systems, processes and best practices and standardization across the facilities
- Formulate Environmental Sustainability related expenses for the knit cluster and dept budgets.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requisito de emprego

- Degree in Eco Business Management or Environmental Sciences or Natural Resource Management or facility management /energy or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry in a similar position preferably
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Expert in key environmental aspects (e.g. Energy & emission, water, waste, material & chemicals management)
- Very good understanding of environmental related data storage systems
- Project management
- Facilitate change management process
- Conflict management
- Leadership skills / Strategic thinking
- Strong negotiations skills
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Problem solving and continuous improvement
