- Support facility maintenance and inspections
- Create maintenance plans and procedures
- Monitor building operations and utility usage
- Direct staff, especially for emergencies
- Coordinate contractors and vendors
- Prepare inspection reports and usage statistics
- Other duties as assigned
* Working time: 8 hours/day (8:00 – 17:00), day off on Sunday
