- To assist in the preparation of Annual Departmental Budget and Manpower Planning

- To organize special events in the restaurant such as receptions;

- To maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met;

- To assist in recruitment, training and development, and disciplinary actions for the efficient operations of the outlet;

- To move throughout restaurant and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met;

Requisito de emprego

-2-3 year experiences is preferred
- Good at reading and communication in English.
- Friendly, patient, proactive, organised and highly responsible.
- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine.
- Significant experience in international hotel.
- Experience in team management.
