Descrição do emprego

- To be responsible for all administration functions of MMVN Head Office, ensuring result-oriented outcomes through working with key stakeholders and deliver good services in line with the company policies and regulations.
* ROLES:
* HR function support
- Support onboarding program and prepare welcome kits for new employees: gift, stationery, chair, table
- Co-ordinate with C&B function to facilitate mobile phone allowance to employees monthly
- Take part in supporting team for organizing company events/activities: year-end staff party, Songkran Festival, New year, Christmas, TET celebration…
* Admin tasks:
- Travel support: accommodation, transportation, air tickets, visa, taxi…
- Manage and maintain good conditions of facilities, office equipment and supervise to ensure happy hours with F&B at pantries
- Take charge of tasks in term of expatriation: house rent, work permit, visa, residence card application, arrange local sim card
- Negotiate and prepare new contracts with new suppliers as per legal template and follow approval process until it is done completely
- Rent new car, monitor drivers and rent cars. Check timesheet carefully and optimize the cost
- Track and update monthly administration expenses and input accrual numbers for accounting department
- Co-operate and monitor office services from 3rd parties and ensure to deliver good services: cleaning service, airticket and hotel booking, apartment rent, pet control, taxi, grab…
- Collaborate with maintenance team to repair and renovate the office
- Create posters by canvas for internal communication such as regulations, new policies, events, holidays…..
- Receive invoices/debit note, check and make payment to suppliers/vendors in charge timely
- Assist Line Manager in reviewing, reinforcing all company HR/admin procedures and guidelines if required, ensure employees follow the policy strictly.
- Monitor rent printers in the office and work closely with supplier to fix issues.
* Other task
- Ad hoc tasks and other assignments from Line Manager from time to time

Requisito de emprego

- Education: bachelor above about business admintration
- Substantial 3-5 year experience in workplace management or administration
- Language skill: Business English fluency with 4 skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills. Experience in interacting with managers
- Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to details
- Experience in interacting with managers
- Multitasking with good ability to prioritize tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
