* Overview: Responsible for the management and implementation of new products into mass production. Cooperate, support other departments
* Content of job responsibility
- In charge of contacting techinical related for new product.
- In charge of following up the trial of new products（Mass Production trial and Mass Production)
- Apply new equipment, technology into production.
- Design and improve jigs.
- Improve process defect.
- Making related document.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
* Job authority
- Provide new work flow for new products.
- Provide related document for new product.
- Propose new equipment, technology for new product.
* Critical item of work inspection
- Rate of compeleting target of masss producing new product
- Accomplish the goal of reducing defect rate
- Rate of applying new equipment, technology in production
- Rate of solving problems occur in mass production
- Make and preserve document for new product

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education background：Graduated from Technical University or related
- Working experience: 1-2 years working experiences in PE department in industry zone.
- Specific skill: Proficiency in English
- Proficient use of 3D design software (Solidwork, Inventer,…) .
- Make plan & Skill of analysis and solve problem.
