Mô tả công việc

- Answer incoming calls

- Management and resolve customer complaints

- Identify and escalate issues to line manager

- Inform to related Department/ Partners to solve merchant’s problem

- Complete call logs and reports

- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- High school diploma, Degree of Associate/ Bachelor degree is advantage

- 01 years of experiences of callcenter or merchant care services.

- Basic Knowledge card payment industry

- Communication skill

- MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
