Mô tả công việc

- Prepare invoices, receipts of the company. To be correct and complete before delivering to customers
- Follow up/record the debtor’s payment in the system to be accurate and timely.
- Check the Company’s monthly rental income summary report to be accurate and complete.
- Make a report on outstanding receivables to let the company know how to follow up on the debtor’s payment and prevent bad debts.
- Examine the expense documents of foreign debtors for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and check the monthly balance to ensure that it is correct and matches with the bank account.
- Prepare the cash flow statement of the company.
- Coordinate with the bank.
- Complete account closing work

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have at least 2 years’ experience in accounting,
- Bachelor with major in Accounting/Finance
- Good in communication and collaboration in English
- Systematic mindset to work on system
- Logical thinking in problem solving.
