Mô tả công việc

- Collaborate with internal teams or departments (such as Sales, Logistics, Accounting…) to collect & review information on contracts and actual transactions, to verify the accurate DATA of relevant documents and document flows of a specific products or logistics services.
- Input and maintain DATA precisely and punctually on the control-sheet and SAP system to generate SO and PO accordingly. The mentioned DATA consists of revenue and cost elements of a specific products or logistics services.
- Prepare the supportive documents for Billing process and Payment process of the assigned products or services.
- Further assignments (if any)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 0-2 years’ experience in Internation Trading, Import/Export or Logistics
- Bachelor in International Business, Import-Export major or related field
- Good in communication and collaboration in English
- Systematic mindset to work on system
