Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Merchandising and Sourcing Manager in the Building Materials industry, who will play a crucial role in monitor market trends and finding new products in the market and evaluating their potentiality of sale and sourcing. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and analytical skills will be instrumental in driving our success.

Reponsibilities:

- Explore and verify the new potential products for sale, develop their distribution channels through the researching among building materials market
- Do positioning, pricing products and analyze competitor in order to launch in Vietnam market
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with the Sales and MKT teams to define and execute merchandising strategies that align with the business objectives
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and select suppliers that meet our quality and cost requirements
- Oversee the sourcing process, including managing supplier relationships and evaluating supplier performance
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer feedback and market research to make data-driven decisions regarding product assortment and pricing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and update product specifications, including packaging, labeling and product information
- Other assignment of management (if have)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree up in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in Merchandising and Sourcing, Marketing for the Building Material or Construction and Decor industry at least 10 years
- Experience in Paints, Chemicals, Mechanical and Electric products or Water System in Construction is preferred
- Be able to work in dynamic environment with extreme pressure and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and have experience in leading team
- Knowledge of market trends, product management, and inventory control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good command in English
