Participate in on-the-job training
• Learn and develop skills in areas such as digital marketing, data analysis, user growth,...
• Complete assigned projects and tasks and present findings to senior management
• Work with mentors to receive guidance and support throughout the training program
• Collaborate with colleagues and team members to complete assigned tasks and projects
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure tasks success
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, work well with others, and apply knowledge and skills to solve business problems

Yêu cầu công việc

1、Education: Received higher education (Bachelors degree or above, major not limited)
2、Language: Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of seamless communication in a professional setting.
3、Skills: Excellent logical thinking, high EQ, keen insights into market trends, data-driven mindset, clear goal orientation, and strong learning ability.
4、Bonus points: Experience in the internet or media advertising
industry, consulting firm background, large enterprise data analysis experience, or related experience in business assistant positions.
