업무 설명서

- Handle warehouse contracts, warehouse operation issues, vendor issues, debit note/SOA for warehouse services, daily VENDORS standard report, monthly KPI report, monitor warehouse service cost and profit, inventory checking, VMI personnel

- Supervise trucking and delivery, make SOA, check truckers’ debit note, manage trucking cost, solve delivery issue, training outbound staff

- Receive DO and make delivery order to warehouses, respond to vendor’s request and VENDORS orders, make outbound report monthly

- Make inbound plan and monitor inbound activity at warehouse, solve inbound issues and respond to VENDORS request, make daily inbound report

- Arrange truck for delivery daily, manage drivers and delivery time, and vendor’s requests, monitor picking and checking cargo at warehouse, report to manage if any issues

- Manage POD and collect POD from drivers and vendors, update POD status

- Participation to monthly Inventory checking quarterly

- Salary will be negotiated in interview.

- Working place: Lot HC, Road D2, CNC Zone, Tang Nhon Phu B Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

작업 요구 사항

- Speak English Fluently

- Experience in warehouse operations as higher position than supervisor.

- Have good communication skill with customers & vendors

- Familiar to use PowerPoint / Excel / WMS
