Netpower AS has vacant positions for Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter) located at our Vietnam office to join our ever-expanding team. You will join an existing international team of great people and will have a chance to contribute to a great success story while learning and growing with us.

Role Details:

Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Be responsible for recruitment: Sourcing, hunting candidates to approach for the right opening jobs; using job boards & tools for supporting hiring;
  • Implement recruiting strategy of company;
  • Build a strong network of technical & non-technical candidates; organize, maintain and update candidate databases;
  • Be in charge of interview process: work with Line Manager to finalize the jobs requires, phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form
  • Make relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc;
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

작업 요구 사항

Required qualifications are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree;
  • As least 01 year having experiences in HR Recruitment; welcome candidate from other fields has no experiences in IT industry but quick learner;
  • Personalities: high-motivated, eager & enthusiastic;
  • Good at English skills;
  • Having strong network in IT field is big plus.
