업무 설명서

* Responsibilities:
- Sales representative, make sales plan
- Ensure revenue according to targets, assign tasks for subordinates
- Classification of customer criteria, setting up the possibilities to approach customers
- Collect, statistic and report superior the feedback from customer
- Review the sales contract of the sales staff, check the contract performance capability, report to the BOD for contract approval. If the contract is approved, then organize the performance, supervise the contract performance as well as liquidate the contract.
- Develop new sales projects, collect and evaluate competitive information on the market
- Monitor the market economy related to the business line and may affect the business strategy later.
- Reception of company customers
- Finding new sources of customers

- Bachelor Degree or higher with major is Business Administration/ Marketing or other relevant majors.
- At least 5 years of experience at the same position
- Analyse, synthesize, plan, organize
- Solve problems effectively
- Good in communication and presentation

- Fluency in English and computer using.
