업무 설명서

- Responsible for Depot P&L by achieving financial KPIs including budget of sales, profits, cost, shrinkage, stock level (stock value, stock availability, aging etc.)
- To be responsible for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets
- Managing overall Depot Operations, ensure all execution following company SOP including training, coaching and monitoring.
- Build up the team and develop people
- Solve problems and manage team to satisfy customers to achieve on time delivery, availability, service quality by cooperating with third party
- To develop/grow the market of the depot catchment area that link with the company strategy
- To manage cost and resources effectively and efficiently in order to achieved EBIT target
* Key Result Areas:
- Growth Market share
- Gain customer satisfaction
- Achieve Depot PnL target in EBIT
- Effective delivery KPI controlling system

작업 요구 사항

- Vietnamese national with a university degree or college graduates with minimum 3 years in FMCG - B2B experience with similar position will be a must.
- Customer, market & product knowledge
- Selling skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, management skills, training & coaching skills.
- IT knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Customer oriented, Assertive, Confident, Self-efficient, Team player, Service oriented, Result oriented.
