업무 설명서

- Manage; control all of activity of factory: Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
- Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations
- Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports EPE VN’s strategic initiatives.
- Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need. Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
- Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
- Provides monthly reports to senior management regarding planning, purchasing, production and performance.
- Manage, control all of activity of Production

작업 요구 사항

- 5 years of experience in same position.
- Refer to graduate in technical university or related to.
- Knowledgeable in the field of manufacturing industrial packaging is advantages.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001/14001/45001 is advantages.
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of production machinery and techniques.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems
- Experience with enterprise solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Willingness to travel and work in other team of professionals.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
