업무 설명서

- Lead small team 3~ 5 members.
- Take responsibility for designing solution in 1 of specific systems (Web App, Mobile App, ERP, CRM).
- Contact with customer in requirement collection/ progress reporting/ trouble solving and transform customer’s requirements into system designs.
- Willing to support customer when needed (always).
- Analyze/ design system flow to ensure optimum control and security of data.
- Write complete sets of programe from prepared detailed specifications.
- Handle the role of Quality Control at each phase of process.
- Make work breakdown structure and plan detailed schedule for project’s development.
- Ensure the actual progress keep up the scheduled plan.
- Training and coaching subordinates in order to develop their skill.

***Working hour: Mon -Fri (8:00-17:00)
***Place: District 1 - HCM

작업 요구 사항

- Graduated from College or above majoring in IT-related fields.
- English: intermediate level (4 skills).
- At least 3 years of experience as Java Developer (Software).
- Required skills: Strong problem-solving skill, good design documentation skill.
- Having logical and analytical thinking, team work’s spirit and able to build team work’s spirit.
- Having knowledge about warehouse, production, sales, CRM, logistics, … is an advantage.
- Having experience of Automotive is preferable.
