업무 설명서

- Design & implementation of high-quality HR products, processes and services. Ensure the application of HR solutions across business units. Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
- Prepare, present and deliver best practices for talent life cycle in collaboration with regional & global initiative (talent attraction, talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention, talent separation).
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services.
- Track and monitor implementation and application of HR processes and initiatives
- Ownership of change management initiatives and stakeholders alignment.

작업 요구 사항

- University degree with relevant HR professional qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant experience, incl. specialist experience in talent acquisition, learning and development and policy development.
- Work experience in consultant industry a plus (KPMG, BCG, Bain&Co,...).
- Relevant work exposure in corporate HR or in organizations with international operation.
- Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
- Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presentation
- Demonstrates strong negotiations, influencing and expectations management skills
- Evaluates current processes, challenges and provide sound solutions and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
