업무 설명서

- Welding material or wooden flooring export business performs the following tasks:

- Collect market information from customers and partners;

- Finding new customers and markets through: contacting customers at conferences, seminars, fairs, information from partners, newspapers, internet ...

- Make sales plan, negotiate transactions, offer price with customers, trade contracts.

- Statistics of delivery schedule; schedule delivery for each order; Check export documents (invoice, CO, quality registration, inspection ...) sent to customers and relevant units.

- Keep track of visitors’ money and payment schedule; follow customer debt.

- Payment of freight, inspection and insurance costs incurred for export shipments.

- Settling complaints (if any); monitor and control irregular contract performance costs in the month.

- Perform related reports.

작업 요구 사항

- Graduated from University or higher in economics: Foreign Trade, Import and Export, Business Administration.

- Fluent in English or Chinese.

- Experience of 2-3 years or more working in foreign companies or companies specializing in exporting garment, furniture, footwear, mechanics ...)

- Be careful, handle quick situations.

- Active, progressive spirit.

- Willing to travel at home and abroad
