About the role

The Event Manager (EM) is a full time position and has a key role in operating AsiaMotions’ events.

We are looking for a new member who firstly has a great interest in this field of Adventure and Outdoor education, who is self-driven and a team player. The position requires taking ownership of the assigned events and completing the Event process to prepare, manage and deliver the events best to the standard. The EM will work alongside and report to Event Leader (EL), supporting AsiaMotions in all aspects of event organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage AsiaMotions’ events, including preparation – operation – closing

- Follow-up and complete the tasks before – during – and after the events according to the Event process, including documents, communication with clients, booking with suppliers and equipment management.

- Contribute to the creation of new products and to the design of new activities.

- Improve existing documentation.

- Manage on-site tasks, including activities, staff (freelancers of coordinators and photographers), suppliers, clients, equipment.

- Manage budget and expense tasks of events.

Working environment
- Our office is based in Thao Dien, Thu Duc city.

- Some travels are required for the purpose of events.
