- Check production plan,pilot plan, PP meeting status to ensure pre production process in line with plant smooth operation

- Work with IE officer to study new style, guide to do pilot and advise for pattern adjustment,study the folder need for new style.

-Check and guide style changes over process and make sure new style is fed on time with quality standard by avoiding any technical issue and monitor line feeding efficiency

- Check daily efficiency deviation and work with respective IE officer ,supervisor & PA to solve efficiency relatedthe problem in line to get the target

- Monitor operator loading against their capacity using checktime report and re-balance line to meet optimum output

- Check production SMV,layout,thread consumption,worker skill new worker

- Provide techinical input by attend PP meeting and pre sample risk analysic meeting ,identify critical issues and provide alternative solution
