仕事内容

- Takes dictation, transcribes, types and or prepare letters, reports and other correspondence as directed
- Receives, routes, files and or transmits confidential memos information and documents to and from the office of the Administration
- Set appointments for the Food & Beverage Manager., pleases and receives telephone calls for him.
- Maintains proper filing systems for reports, records, circulars and office memorandum for the use of the Food & Beverage Manager
- Take minutes of all admin meetings
- Works closely and enthusiastically with other Department Heads to ensure team-work and the smooth, efficient operation of the hotel. Develops the same spirit and team-work within her own department
- Handles herself in a way that sets an exemplary standard that is in keeping with the hotel standards, and that reflects well upon the name and goodwill of the hotel
- Keeps currently informed on all matters which will contribute to her effectiveness. Maintains complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operation and future reference
- To ensure to produce such summaries and reports on required target date set by the management
- To raise & follow up purchase request
- Prepare Log book of all outlets before department briefing
- Update and printing the menus and wine list of all restaurants when required
- Handle works related Azza System and submit monthly attendance record to HR
- Performs other job duties as requested by F&B Manager

仕事の要件

- College’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, English...
- Good English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- At least 01 year experience in the same position (Experience working in international 5-star hotels is preferred)
