- Handle and control export shipments
- Preparing documents for export shipments (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Insurance,...)
- Checking Customs declaration.
- Follow up shipping schedule to make document on time.
- Knowledgeable about export procedure (customs, origin)
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
