仕事内容

* JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Carrying administrative task such as: receive card from Client, check and send to customer.

- Person in charge on checking amount in policies and cash/bank transfer received.

- Receive signed document, check and input data to Administrative systems.

- Collect money, check and compare with amount in policy and deposit to bank every day. Check bank account to make sure customer transferred money (premium)

- Making report.

- Other tasks which assigned by manager.

* WORKING HOURS:

- Working hour: from 08:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Saturday.

- Having at least 1-year experience in payable/expenses accounting skill is a strong point.

- Hard working and honest.

- Ability to report properly and promptly. Ability to do multi-task.

- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

- Good at English writing skill
