仕事内容

* Job Description:
- Check the MEP quantity and MEP unit rate, manage and update the MEP cost database.
- Prepare the MEP bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawings and specifications.
- Set up the MEP cost, budget, and scope of work for the project.
- Prepare tender documents for the contractor package (MEP section).
- Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on the contract award (if any).
- Could be assigned to work at the site depending on the situation.

仕事の要件

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in MEP engineering or MEP QS engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP QS at a large-scale Contractor, Client, or Design Office
- Knowledgeable about MEP design
- English: Specialized in construction (good communication skills).
