仕事内容

- Make budget estimates, balance capital and prepare capital sources, plan and implement the mobilization of capital sources for the needs of the Companys business activities;
- Analyze and monitor the companys financial situation;
- Prepare financial management reports, analyze financial activities, costs, control cash flow and daily revenue and expenditure activities;
- Organize accounting apparatus and perform accounting work in accordance with the companys operating model and legal regulations;
- Develop, control and manage the process of making book records, entering accounting data, accounting for payment entries, processes of asset inventory, preparing financial statements, balance sheets. as well as other relevant documents of the business;
- Control the accounts of the Company and make financial statements. Analyze reports, then capture fluctuations in costs, liabilities ... to promptly offer solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan;
- Presenting financial statements to the business leaders, to the auditing agency;
- Make tax finalization and inspection with tax authorities;
- Continuously update new policy Circulars of the Ministry of Finance and Laws, Decisions of the Government and related departments on procedures, papers, operations, employees.
