仕事内容

- Receive delivery Booking from Commercial Department and liaise with Finishing in-charge of each Factory to update daily shipment of All Buyers
- Review Daily shipment for All Buyer
- Receive delivery schedule from Merchandise Dept. for arrangement.
- Update goods receiving from each factory status quanlity & send report to Finishing Manager.
- Following up of cutting plan/ input/ output quantities to high light all related Departments to meet Delivery on time & achieve cut to ship target.
- Arrange the packing list for packing worker /Buyer for final inspection.
- Based on daily shipment to arrange loading person in U1 ,U2 & An Binh warehouse suitable
- Overall follow up of Finishing Department to organize packing activities and keep the department in order.
- Guide the Supervisor, Staff & Worker when they need assistance.
- Confirm goods receive note
- Maintain 5S in the Department and ISO documentation for finishing

仕事の要件

- Review shipment for All Buyer of All plants in advance to ensure all the orders are delivery on time
- Following up of cutting plan/ input/ output quantities to high light all related Departments to meet Delivery on time & achieve cut to ship target.
- Coordinating with the Commercial team & Finishing of each plants to release the shipment on time as booking requirement.
