- Estimate monthly/quarterly/yearly labor cost ( main job).

- Making salary & compensation analysis report.

- Take part in plan of improvement simulation system.

- Making daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly headcount report

- Making announcement for HR, translate document for HR

- Other job as supervisor requirement

- Graduated from University or College

- At least 1years experience in Payrol, especially in salary calculation of forecasr labor cost.

- Knowledge in Labor Law

- English command in English

- Good in analysis skill, good communication skill

- Teamwork, flexible, carefully, hard working.
