仕事内容

- Managing master data, including creation, updates

- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.

- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.

- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.

- Helping develop reports and analysis.

- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security

- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

- Training end users on new reports and dashboards.

- Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

- Other tasks are assigned by Manager.

* WORKING HOUR: 08h00~17h00, from Mon to Sat.

* SALARY:negotiable

仕事の要件

- Able to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports

- Able to do complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager

- Able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them

- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

- Advanced Excel.

- Having at least 1-year experience in Call Center is a plus.
