POSITION PURPOSE

  • To deliver all training courses of AD Training Roadmap, as well as ad-hoc workshops for sales performance needs,
  • Involve in designing, developing new training courses,
  • Transferring training courses to Sales force with high quality.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver all training courses (training roadmap & ad-hoc workshop)
  • Do the admin tasks of classes
  • Involve in designing, developing new training courses,
  • Support sales force in sales activities as a Coach
  • Other tasks assigned by line Sr. Manager, and/or Head of AD Training & Development

仕事の要件

Qualification:
• University/College degree or above
• Relevant tertiary qualification and above such as teaching or managerial study.
• Relevant life insurance diploma/certificate is preferred such as LOMA, LIMRA.


Experience:
• Practical experience as a sales trainer in the financial service industry is essential.
• Two years working experience as a team supervisor or relevant position is preferred.
• At least (5) year working experience in foreign or joint-venture companies.

Skill:
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to translate both written and verbal English is essential.
• Good in planning, coaching and leadership skills.

Characteristic:
• Being a strong interpersonal and good team builder.
