仕事内容

* Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and brand execution to achieve brand P&L.
- Lead digital marketing, e-commerce and BTL marketing.
- Develop brand communication and marketing campaign in all channels
- Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs.
- Develop and provide the sales, marketing tool and conduct product training for sales team, telesales team and consultant team.
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, marketing trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Lead new product development and launch plan.
- Lead marketing team (marketing assistant and product executive)
- Work closely together with sales, trade marketing, telesales, consultants and brand activations department to optimize the total performance of marketing activities for the assigned products.

仕事の要件

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Science, Business or related field.
* Working experience:
- Experience as Brand Manager and Digital Marketing in dairy and nutrition business are highly advantages.
- Experienced in launching new product(s), managing and developing product/brand
- Experienced in channel management - OTC, chain stores, hyper market, general trade
- Solid background in FMCG and Consumer Goods particularly Consumer Healthcare
- Experienced from high restriction businesses such as liquor, tobacco, etc, is preferably
* Specific skill / knowledge :
- Product Marketing Management
- Trade Marketing, Channel Sales Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Understanding on distribution management, whole sales and retail operations
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Communication and Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal with communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude "CAN DO".
- Good personality with energetic and be able to work independently and team work.
