Descrizione del lavoro

- Receive information from salesman, BOD and agency.
- Analysis architect drawing and submit solution about elevator system of building.
- Calculate traffic with Hyundai program.
- Make Inquiry for Dimension check, quotation and LOD to factory.
- Check information from factory reply in Inquiry.
- Prepare & send Hyundai profile (specification, drawing elevator) to client
- Prepare drawing contract to sign with client
- Prepare final Spec sheet and LOD approval to make PO and MN for factory
- Submit and get approval drawing from client.
- Support to sales admin for bidding document:
+ Make Specification and Hoist-way plan
+ Calculate Separate beam price
+ Make Installation Schedule
+ Make Meet demand about specification table
- Support sales team to contact customers to resolve any queries and litter problems
- Follow delivery schedule
- Send Hyundai catalogue, Hyundai elevator specification and related documents to client
- Receive and solve project information from agency, client
- Manage and remind factory reply Inquiry.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Có kinh nghiệm (4-7 năm) trong lĩnh vực thang máy. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về Sales Engineer.
- Có kinh nghiệm và khả năng quản lý đội/nhóm.
- Có kiến thức tốt về ngành thang máy, am hiểu các loại thang (thang đứng, thang cuốn, thang hàng,...)
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành về Cơ/Điện/Tự động hóa
- Tiếng Anh khá, có thể giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng anh
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt
- Khả năng phân tích, xử lý thông tin và tình huống tốt
- Thẳng thắn, chính trực
- Năng động, nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm với công việc
- Ưu tiên hồ sơ nộp sớm
