* Job Description:
- Check the quantity, unit rate, manage and update the cost database
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and measurements based on tender drawings & specifications
- Prepare project schedules and tender schedules
- Set up costs, budgets, and scopes of work for projects
- Prepare tender documents for consultant packages and contractor packages
- Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on contract awards
- Be responsible for contract administration, manage claims & certifications, and monitor contractor payments

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in QS role at large-scale Contractor/ Client
- English: Specialized in construction (good communication skills)
