Descrizione del lavoro

- Xây dựng và duy trì các chính sách, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của sản phẩm, đáp ứng các tiêu chí chất lượng / Be responsible for building and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards of product’s quality to meet the quality criteria
- Kiểm soát và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của công ty, tiến hành đánh giá nội bộ / Maintain and improve the company’s quality management system, conduct internal audits
- Xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng, đưa ra các biện pháp cải tiến, phòng ngừa / Handle customer claim, make improvements and preventive measures
- Đề xuất các biện pháp kiểm soát và phòng ngừa để giảm sản phẩm lỗi và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ ổn định theo yêu cầu của khách hàng / Proposing control and prevention measures to reduce defective products and ensure stable quality of product according to customers’ requirements.
- Quản lý các thiết bị đo của công ty / Control the company’s measuring equipment
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng/ Perform other duties as requested by Manager

Requisiti di lavoro

- Education level/ qualification: Graduate Technology University (Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật)
- Experience: at least 3 years’ experience at the equivalent position
- Use English fluently.
- Good communication skill.
- Leadership and problem solving skill.
