* Main responsibility
- In-charge of purchasing for Indirect items from oversea and local including molds & machines and equipment (MME); Infrastructure (IIL); spare parts, service and subcon (SSS).
* Details Job
- Checking Purchase Requisition in SAP system
- Working with related departments for getting specific requirement of Purchase Requisition
- Sourcing suppliers and asking for quotation from suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Making Purchase Order in SAP system and following PO approval
- Checking and following contracts with suppliers
- Following delivery from suppliers
- Working with suppliers for delivery and quality complaint
- Creating new material code and vendor code

Requisiti di lavoro

- Education : University
- Experiences : Minimum 2 years in related position
- Skills :
+ Have experiences and good understanding in purchasing field.
+ Spoken English (Active).
+ Computer Literacy (MS Office)
