- Seeking a leadership role in a harness manufacturing plant with a focus on:
- Advanced Product and Equipment Engineering: Lead and oversee critical engineering tasks, setting the direction for the future of harness manufacturing.
- Strategic Collaboration and Innovation: Direct and inspire team members and supervisors in pioneering projects and product launches, spearheading industry progress.
- Operational Excellence and Quality Leadership: Manage and optimize production preparation, technology transfer, and equipment maintenance strategies, proactively solving technical and quality challenges to elevate operational efficiency and standards.

Requisiti di lavoro

- High School Graduates, College Graduates, and University Graduates
- For a leadership position, the recruitment details could be modified as follows:
- Seeking experienced leaders with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing technology or quality control.
